How to sign up?

Step 1: Create your email

You have received a sign up link from the person that introduced you. Click on that link and fill out the data.

  • We advise you to first create your TalentTrainer email address in order to use that with your registration: TalentTrainer.XXYY. Where XX are the first 2 letters of your first name and YY the first 2 letters of your last name. (Below in paragraph 6 you’ll find instruction videos how to do this.)

  • You can leave “country ID” blank at this moment.

  • Save your username and password for your next step.


Step 2: Download the app

Click your respective platform to download the app from the app or play store Or go to the Appstore (Iphone) or Playstore (android) and search for “4life research”. You’ll find this app from 4Life research inc.

Download the app. You can now log-in to the app with the username and password that you have created with the sign-up above.

Frequently asked questions

I have been sent a signup link, what do I do now?

Here are some pointers to help you through the signup the process

  • you do not need to fill in your National ID

  • you do not need to add a secondary person to your account

  • do not order any products yet, do not check out any shopping basket, and do not pay any registration fee

  • In the next meeting, your coach will discuss with you which 3 products would be the best ones to start with for you, based on your personal situation

  • A €25 registration fee is normally due when you place your first order, but this gets waived with an order of 150LP (3-4 products)

  • You will now receive your 4Life ID, but your enrolment will show as ‘incomplete’ until you place your first order

If you send someone a link from your My shop, you can choose either “Shop link” or “Signup link”, what is the difference?

If you send a “Shop link” they only make a purchase once. They are then a normal one-off customer, but they are not part of the 4Life system, so they cannot order products on their own, nor can they sell products to others. They can only order from links you send them. So if you want them to order again a month later, you’ll need to send them another link, if they agree. Or they can re-click on the original Shop link you sent them, if they can still find it.

If you send a “Sign-up” link, they order the product, but they also are asked to submit some personal details like email address etc, and they become a Preferred Customer

What does it mean to be a Preferred Customer?

As a Preferred Customer

  • You get your own account, and you can order your own product via “Shop”

  • You can use the 4Life app

  • You can participate in 4Life programmes like the Loyalty Programme, Fast Start, etc

  • You can send “Shop links” or “Signup links” to other people

  • You can earn commissions. But these commissions do not get paid into your bank account (because you have not submitted any bank account details to 4Life yet). Instead, these commissions get listed as a credit on your Account Balance, and they get used as price deductions on the next order you place for yourself on “Shop”

Preferred Customers get an extra 25% discount on all purchases above 100LP, compared to normal Customers

What does it mean to be Associate? How do I become one?

When a Preferred Customer signs up another Preferred Customer, the first one becomes an Affiliate.

  • At that moment, 4Life automatically emails you with an invitation to register as an Affiliate. You need to email them a copy of your ID, a proof of address, and a bank statement, along with this completed application form https://4lifetools.eu/media/Combined_How_to_FullFill_EU_EN.pdf . Each country’s email address is listed below, along with toll-free customer service numbers you can call, if you have any questions

  • You will also see a pop up window to ask you to register ss an Affiliate, the next time you go into “Shop” to place an order for yourself

  • All Affiliates have a rank in the 4Life system, and the first rank you will get is “Associate”

  • As an Affiliate, your commissions get paid into your bank account

  • Your rank status in the app will be updated at the end of the month

When and how can I sign up for the Loyalty Programme?

Firstly, you need be either a Preferred Customer or an Affiliate, because you need a 4Life ID number. You can sign up for the Loyalty Programme as soon as you have placed your first order for yourself on “Shop”. Once you have done that, you can register via the Loyalty button on your app, and you will receive consecutive orders through the loyalty programme. Instead of doing it via the app, you can also call the 4Life helpdesk, and arrange it telephonically.

When and how can I enter the Fast Start Programme?

Firstly, you need be either a Preferred Customer or an Affiliate, because you need a 4Life ID number. You can enter the Fast Start Programme in two ways

  1. Your first “Shop” order for yourself is at least 400 LP, or

  2. in the first 60 days (2 months) after you have Signed Up, you order a Fast Start Pack for yourself via a “Shop” order

How does it work if a customer wants a refund?

The customer needs to simply call 4Life and ask for the refund

  • see below, for a list of the telephone numbers by country

  • the customer needs to keep the invoice that is inside the delivery box

How do I sign someone up in a different country?

There are two ways to do this:

  1. in MY SHOP, create a Signup link, then click on the orange + sign at the right bottom to create a new Favorite, then change the flag in the middle of the screen, then prepare the order, and send the link

  2. From your app homescreen, click the “hamburger” icon with the 3 horizontal lines top right, then click on the globe at the left bottom of the screen and select the correct country. Then go back one step and send a signup link via the “puppet” icon

Step 4: How to send product links from myshop.

  1. Open your app, click on the “menu” sign right top (3 lines). Then click on the “myshop” icon. Then go to settings. At this moments click disable sign-up. Will be explained later. (video will follow)

  2. Now go back to menu, click on “myshop” again and create favorite products. (video)

  3. Once created one or more favorite products you can share these by clicking on the “share” icon. This is a little box with arrow pointing up. Then you can choose how to share this. (whatsapp is preferable). Send one as a test to yourself (email) or a someone in your house. Then you can open it and see what the other person receives. How easy it is for them to then order the product.

6. How to create a TalentTrainer gmail address.
On a phone
  1. Download the app or open Gmail in your browser

  2. Open Gmail > tap your profile photo (top-right) > Add another account.

  3. Choose Google > Create account > For my personal use.

  4. Enter first/last nameNext.

  5. Enter birthday & genderNext.

  6. Pick a Gmail address (or Create your own) → Next.

  7. Set a strong passwordNext.

  8. Add a phone number (optional but recommended) → verify if prompted.

  9. Review Privacy & TermsI agree.

  10. You’re in. The inbox loads automatically.

Alternative path: Settings > Passwords & accounts > Add account > Google and follow steps 3–9.

On a computer (Windows/Mac/Linux)
  1. Open a browser and go to gmail.com > Create account > For my personal use.

  2. Enter talenttrainer.XXYY and choose a username (your new @gmail.com).

  3. Create a password (12+ chars; mix letters, numbers, symbols) and confirm.

  4. Add phone number (optional) and recovery email (recommended).

  5. Enter birthday & genderNext.

  6. Verify phone (if added) → enter code.

  7. Review Privacy & TermsI agree.

  8. You’ll land in your new inbox.
