Reiterating the importance of the immune system
Recently, study results have been published by one of the US most prestigious medical universities (Stanford School of Medicine), based on a 10 year extensive study of the immune system. It has shown that your biological age is largely determined by the fitness of your immune system. In other words, a fit immune system makes you grow old healthier and fitter!
In various other studies it has been shown that your immune system fades with age.
And thirdly more research is pointing at dementia (and related illnesses) being immune related.
There is more and more scientific knowledge that points towards the enormous importance of a healthy immune system to grow old fit and healthy.
