The TalentTrainer process

To help you keep track of your, and especially your team members status in this duplication cycle, we use the online onboarding progress sheet. This sheet helps everyone to follow the right path, and it’s “perpetual”. Once you’ve done the last step (business planning) with someone, you’ll start the first step (introductions) with them.

Below you’ll find all detailed (duplicable) steps needed to grow your organization.

When you come on board yourself you will go through these steps. Once you have established your business plan you will start sharing the opportunity with people that you believe might be a good match. Initially you’ll do the introduction together with an experienced trainer.

By meeting 3 you’ll conclude if you are a good match. If so the person will be “onboarded” into your organization and the international Talent Trainer organization. They will be trained, their business plan will be made, and with them, you will start with the first step again.

Train the trainer train the trainer! This is the key to duplication, which is the key to “automate” your business and build an organization that generates a repetitive income that does NOT depend on you.
